The news says the show might release in the latter half of 2023. There are no trailers or anything like that released as of now. Nothing suggests season 2 of the show except for the user reviews and ratings show that the K-Drama is releasing.

Itaewon Class Season 1 Ending Explained

The main story follows after he is released and now wants to build his own bar in competition with the Jangga Group and repent for his father. After he is jailed, the woman he loves takes on a scholarship and joins his rival company as the Strategic Planning Head of Jangga Group. He later meets Jo Yi-Seo who directs his company’s finances to order, eventually sealing a blossoming relationship.

This K-drama (It’s Okay To Not Be Okay & Crash Landing On You) has significantly played with some important themes and has delivered great life lessons. Itaewon Class’ final episode recorded a 16.548% nationwide audience share, making it the third-highest viewership rating in Korean cable television history.

The ending was perfect as Park Yi Seo and Park Saeroyi ended up happily together and Park Saeroyi took over the Jang Ga company. But our hopes have risen for Itaewon Class Season 2 as we have Park Bogum’s cameo at the end when he enters for the position of chef at Soo Ah’s cafe.

Many ardent fans have disagreed about the ending as Soo Ah was Park Saeroyi’s first love, however, Itaewon Class Season 2 could build upon the new relationship between Park Bogum and Soo Ah.

Park Sae Ro Yi- Park Seo-Joon, a widely acclaimed South Korean actor plays the role of Park Sae Ro Yi in the series. His notable roles are What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, Midnight Runners, Kill Me, Heal Me, and others. He was born on December 16, 1988.

Jo Yi-Seo- Kim Da-mi who is a talented actress from South Korea, plays the role of Jo Yi-SEO in the series. She was born on April 9, 1995, and her other notable role is in the popular series The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion.

Itaewon Class Season 2 Plot

Sae-Ro-Yi has a difficult past and now he wants to make his dad’s dream come true. He is determined, and passionate about what he does, but also at times arrogant because of the strength of his ambition.

Because people are not used to this type of behavior from him and because they don’t know how much determination lies within Sae Ro Yi’s heart everyone seems like an obstacle in the way for Danbam company which leads them into conflicts with each other who all want their share while nobody knows anything about Geun Won more complicated company and what it has in store for them.

The company does not go well, because Sae Ro Yi spends all his time working on the development of his machine. The only person who is by Sae Ro Yi’s side to help him get through this difficult period is Jung Hee (Hee-Jin).

Tired from all the conflict with other people, he tries to find peace back at home but there are too many obstacles that come up every day for him: while trying to make a good impression on her friends she finds out about another woman which shakes her confidence; when they have finally overcome their difficulties together they receive devastating news about Geun Won Company and now everything becomes even more complicated.

A few days after the public announcement of Geun Won Company’s bankruptcy, Jin-Woo (Sae Ro Yi) finally realized that he should have never relied on his father’s money to start this business.

He had been so focused only on a single goal – developing his machine- that he lost sight of all other things like maintaining relationships with people close to him or taking care of his own health which was now getting worse due to stress from work.
