ELFEN LIED SEASON 2 RELEASE DATE
Arms Corporation still has not come out with an official statement about Elfen Lied Season 2. The anime itself hasn’t officially been canceled either, so fans have been left hanging for quite a long time.
One of the possible reasons why the anime is not yet renewed is that the studio filed for bankruptcy back in 2020. The studio was then closed in August 2020. Known as Dandelion, Corporation then changed its name to Triple X.
The other possible reason is the lack of source material. The manga series of Elfen Lied finished its serialization in 2005.

FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT ELFEN LIED SEASON 2
- 1. Is Elfen Lied anime over?
The anime ended before the manga did, lasting only 13 episodes. The manga, on the other side, is 12 volumes long, meaning that the anime only adapted the earliest parts of the Elfen Lied story, cutting out huge chunks of it along the way, only to make up its own, unsatisfying cliffhanger of an ending.
- 2. Is Lucy still alive Elfen Lied?
It seems likely she is still alive and is likely the person standing behind the door that Kouta goes to answer. The events at the end of the anime strongly imply that the events of the later parts of the manga are still to come, and even if Kurama isn't needed somehow, Lucy is.
- 3. How old is Lucy in Elfen Lied?
She is assumed to be 15 but never explicitly stated (eighteen in the anime). Lucy has vectors with a limited range of about two meters (6.56168 ft). However, she can be swift and lethal within that range and will use any nearby objects as high-velocity projectiles to kill at greater distances.
